Slant Fine Jewelry's Blue Watermelon Tourmaline and Labradorite Pendant Necklace has an 18k gold bail and prongs and an oxidized sterling silver chain and bezel backs.  A stone of transformation, Labradorite is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance, and some believe watermelon tourmaline helps to inspire both creativity and practicality.

Part of the Sappho Collection, which is named after an Ancient Greek female poet of great distinction known for her poems about love and women. Many pieces in the Sappho Collection are created out of rare water-blue tourmaline and labradorite symbolizing the Mediterranean Sea, deep purple baroque pearls and Super Seven stones representing the Greek Valerian flower, crystal which derives from the Ancient Greek word krustallos, and gold which was the primary material that Ancient Greeks used in jewelry.
